Description; Same as the Original Sealing Technique but using the opposite hand.

History; Rhya created the original Eaight Devination Sighs Sealing Technique in order to seal beasts into Scrolls or her very own Marking. She was very pleased sealing away the Nibi but she asked herself the question; What if it was already sealed into the user?. After the very question, she began practicing trying to allow a " Leak ", from a Seal Marking. Eventually, she found out by practicing with the Nibi that she was able to allow chakra to very slowly leak out, up to the speed of releasing it all at once.
