The bounty book is knwon for criminals,bijuu, demon, or anything worth valuable to the human nature.Special peoples will be place on this list now what this means is:

1.You will be hunted like a dog
2.Villages will go to any kengh to get there hands on you
3.You will be the biggest threat to the rpg

Now three peaples has already ask to be place on this.

A bounty hunter is someon who hunts a bounty for the prize or for other personal reason.

You can be a bounty hutner in many ways:
1.Asking your kage to go on misison that requires a bounty
2.Forming a bounty Hunter group

And thats all required.

'scuse me ? Remember when you challenged me and all I used was Taijutsu ? You practically spammed me with Taijutsu, and then my Taijutsu being UB3R L337 killed you, using your own impacts against you, so you killed yourself, basically. Oh, and that was before I even mastered lyk evry tijstu evr. Jordan owned you, lol. He wasn't even trying. Sorry about this bad comment of mine, just felt the need to brag a little.

- Oh and, 10, 000 Ryo ? Seriously ? I just captured the Amekage, read his mind, and took complete controll over what is to become the war. That is one of many little things I've done on Kamisama. Little ? Yeah, I've done bigger. Now I can do more things to raise that up, or you could just edit it now. kthnx.

This was a pointless post, at the time.

Reason 1. We now have the Official Bingo Book which will be edited soon.

2. You can't just put random names on of high ranked people..

3. Why? Cause you don't know them Ic'ly. I doubt each came up to you and said; Hi! I'm the Akatsuki Leader and an S-Rank Criminal! Add me to your bounty list and try to kill me! Very Happy

They have to be discovered Ic'ly and not Well I overheard them talking. One space in the forest is about 10 ft.

You know that one bald guy. That Kazuka went after. He was S ranked.
He was also put into a bingo book i forgot the amount they put in.
Correct me if im wrong 75 mill? or was it 80mill? Point being,
10,000 is like a High D or C ranked Criminal. Drop a couple mill on them.
