Bijuu cannot have Byakugan since it is a animal demon. It cannot have the BloodLine.

Yes, It can't have Byakugan but it says Power Manipulation; Sound manipulation. Meaning, it can Manipulate Sound. Which is fine. Therefor, Accepted.
