| Please Put your username Somewhere Aswell as Read the Stickies in the Main Room. All New Character must Start from As with No Exceptions. You Can Keep the Jutsu There But Put Brackets or Something Showing Unable to Use At the Moment. No Mater the Character's Age, they must follow the Ranks. =/ | |
