Tenshi appearance is quite Abnormal. He wears a fancy top hat instead of a normal headband. The top hat acts as a kasa as well blinding him from everyone he comes in contact with mostly. His robings all normally armour with Lightning symbols engraved into the chest plate. Tenshi also has a necklace engraving the Uchiha symbol he had stolen various years ago. His pants are very baggy and usually wears a belt with him. His legs and arms are wrapped with bandages changed every 3 days. His foot is usually having normal Shinobi sandals. He is usually seen with an Umbrella near his body.

Tenshi acts very quiet among people outside of Kumogakure No Sato. Only reason is because he never knows if he might find some information that will help him or his village or them both. Tenshi is also the person that does not like to kill people for pleasure. He usually kills a person if it's his sworn duty to do it or he has hurt his friends or family in any type of way. He is a calm person when he is not battling or engaging in combat. When in battle he can not be stopped and who ever tries to stop him he will hurt even if the person was a 5 year old. He will be ripped to shreds if he was in his angry mode.

This technique was known to the Kumokage in the scrolls. It technially summons the Raiton Kami [Lightning God] and gives him the power of his right index finger. It increases the charka by 77% and allows the member to show A Raiton: Tate [Lightning Shield (Sphere)]. This technique is known to last for 1 OOC Hour and takes all the charka Of Oen.

Tenshi grew up questioning the world for who he is and why he was born. When he was 4 years old one of the membersof the Uchiha had killed his older brother Aojin Chayoma. Tenshi swore to kill this ninja with his bare hands. At the age of 5 years old he passed the academy with ease. But at age 7 he saw the man who had slaughtered his brother. Tenshi got mad and slammed his hands into the sky. The eyes of his was weird and It made Tenshi agrrovated. At the age of 13 he sees the Uchiha one more time but he is eldery. The Uchiha makes his shanringan go inside of the eyes of Tenshi. Tenshi started to cry blood but after a day or two he actually got used to the Sharingan. Tenshi right now is probably trainning or he just getting ready for anything.
