We have no proof yet, but we have suspicion that
Akitaku uses some Kusagakure Gas Element Jutsus,
He wears this mask more for looks and protecting himself.
This mask distorts his voice.
+ Bandages:
Body is completely covered
in bandages except for
parts of the face.
+ Back:
On Akitaku's back there is a large
cylinder-like object wrapped in bandages
and it covered in grass from top to bottom,
from within the grass there is the wraps of
the 3 guardians holding scroll.

+ Robes:
The robes are covered in markings,
these markings are also tattooed across
all of Akitaku's body.
Along the robes are several pouches
filled with scrolls that can only be opened
by Akitaku.
Daimyo Robes have also been worn every so often.

-Large kasa covering the upper half
of his face, shading the rest.
- Heavy, lanky kusa daimyo robes.
+ Under bandages & On Skin:
On top of the skin there is a thin layer of grass
that is camouflaged to match normal skin texture
or pieces of bandages.

- Able to conserve and regenerate chakra quicker
and more efficiently than other shinobi, making it
harder for Akitaku to run out of chakra during combat.
+ Summonings:
As a chuunin, Akitaku learned the summoning
to summon: Oriku, which is a giant spider,
this spider is able to seal and do the same jutsus
as akitaku, as well as this spider has
average spider abilities.
+ Black Holes:
After necessary hand seals; A black hole 15ft in diameter will appear
in any place Akitaku chooses. These black holes can be destroyed when
chakra is emitted around the ring of it.
These black holes can be chosen to suck up, or push almost
any object away within a 50meter radius.
+ Transmerge:
From within the cylinder on Akitaku's back there
is all of his vital organs, blood flow and nerves.
The cylinder cannot be open until the scroll inside
of Akitaku's box where the scroll is, be destroyed.

+ Historical Background:
Grew up a normal life, top marks in classes, was more dedicated to training than he was in his school work though. Him and his brother grew up together as partners. His brother was placed in the same squad as Akitaku and they trained together getting better. After long, Akitaku and his brother were split up into different villages. He is now the Daimyo of Kusa, his brother is a missing nin, they secretly have joined forces against all other villages.
Note: The transmerge is not godmod, once the scroll is destroyed, all of the vital organs are open for attacks
