And the only way to join is to be a rouge ^^ and be an Rank of chuunin or up ,

After all the spots have been taken there will be no more spots taken and no whining about it .

And after the spots are taken i will post teams of two and will basically assign you missions and if you succeed this misson you will have a reward from me ,
