{Description;
The user should have tattoed to his right hand what looks to be the symbol that kakashi has when using the kaleidoscope edition of the charingan , it makes the same effect , it collapses spaces on the area he focuses ,and trasports it to another location,
Rp wise , once this is used ull have to wait atleast 7-10 lines to recharge the jutsu and be able to do it again , so its a one shot do or die :]
Several hand seals are required. so its a slow but effective jutsu , if he uses this jutsu for more then he can wich is 3 times , he will lose his conctiousness for days.
History: After watching a certain person use this jutsu , he focused most of his life on learning how to do it , becauze he wasnt born with the kekke Genkai , he figured it might be able to work tattoing the symbol of this jutsu inhis palm.
