History; Yura right eye was destryoed by his father so he put a replacement eye, every night he would looked at the star's
hoping for his father to leave, so his replacement eye's pupil was replaced by a shining star it,So day after day he would train with that eye
until he noticed it drained chakra he could turn it of f and on when ever he wants.So then people in the village began to name it but they
couldnt think of a name.But then his father name it the manatarugon
