No Sand techniques at Genin. You cannot use them it would be instant chakra drain
even at the first Sand technique. Same thing with Sharingan you can keep it,
Just that if you use Sharingan your chakra will take a nose dive.
If you even use the Sharingan for 5 minutes (Real life) you will be put out for
30 minutes.

Rank wasnt hte problem with the frog technique douche bag, The fact you cant be a signatry of the frog contract is the problem. To use any Frog techs you have to of signed the summoning contract.

He's talking about the Frog technique im talking about the Elements.
Sand is a advanced element and you could barley do any of the techniques
without draining all your chakra, Same with Sharingan it puts a strain on the people
without Uchiha Blood. So you wouldn't be able to copy those jutsus.

Best thing to do right now is to seperate the Sand Techniques.
Place them in one list, Thats called "Void till higher rank"
Than when your a higher rank. Delete the title.
