Hidden Leaf is one of the most powerful ninja villages in the world. The village was founded approximately 65 years before the start of the series when several ninja clans came together. These included the Senju Clan of the Forest, which included the brothers who would become First and Second Hokage and the Uchiha Clan under Uchiha Madara. In the beginning the gathered group was essentially a ninja unit; with the First's death his younger brother established the village infrastructure. By the end of the first Ninja World War, Konoha had grown and its citizenship diversified. Konoha has a strong tradition of protecting its own and the Kyuubi attack provided the best example. The villages Fourth Hokage gave his life by trapping the Kyuubi within Uzumaki Naruto. Later on the Third Hokage would also give his life in battle protecting the village. Over the years Konoha has gone to war with many of its neighboring countries, but new ties of alliance have been forged in recent years. Currently Konoha is allied with fellow Great Shinobi Country Sand, and lower shinobi countries Grass, Rain and Waterfall.

The Uchiha clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.

Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye.

The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.

Appearance:
Tenshou has black, spiky, hair that is usually moved to the left. He has dim black eyes and his ears are small. He is also short in size, and is kind of skinny, but his muscles are built well. His skin color is quite white, but almost a bit tannish. For his clothing he wears a slim black jacket with the Uchiha crest on the back. Under the jacket, he wears and orange shit, that is perfect for his size. For his pants he wears gray pants, that a averaged Konoha shinobi would wear. Along with with his inventory of a Pouch and Kunai Holder. For his feet he wears the everyday Ankle Sandales that a Shinobi would wear.

Personality:
Tenshou has a energetic personality that most likely doesn't like to stand around. He usually loves to meet strangers and get to know people. Sometimes he doesn't do what he is told and doesn't obey his orders. In battle, he is serious, and is always focused on the main priority. He acts very shy around women and girls and tends to hide alot of his feelings.
