Tensei will do some sets of hand seal and will get a clay into his hand ( not sucking into the kekkai ) the clay will form into a dagger like gaaras and when the dagger slashes into you tensei will say ''Katsu '' and the dagger of clay will explode and will damage the cells and some of the bones and the skin will nearly be ripped.

So pretty much; - you summon it with seals - when slammed into someone, you do a seal with one hand, then say katsu - it blows up

You should also state doing some seals and naming the Jutsu just a advice
