Sand Jutsu ( Not sure if i should post this question here )

As far as i know there aren't many sand jounin or higher ranked sand nin.

So how would i go about learning or obtaining new jutsu and what not.

Also on my other part im wondering if there is a kazekage and if not when could/should one get appointed?

Uhm... I got the idea of you asking how you'll char could be teached in the rp in diffrent sand type jutsus, because there is acctualy no other sand jounins / hihger ranked sand nin barely.. That right?

-Scrolls.
-Ask some1 who might know.
-Make your char study the shizz and get it underconstruction on your char who will devolp the shizz etc etc etc.

Or, you can ask Sora if you can be Kazekage once your Jounin..
