- Personality: Even though he doesn't even know his father, he's still quite the cheery kid. He'll try to help out as much as possible, but at times, he can get quite scary.
Uchiha Ryuu is becoming a darker kid, not nearly as cheery as he had used to be, most likely because of his role-model, the hokage.

Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.

Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Description: A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of 1 or more. The Clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics, and required to pass the Shinobi Academy.

Requirement: This skill is also not available at character creation for Genin unless they are of the Genjutsu Specialist archetype.
Description: A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user once it is recognized as an illusion. However, if the user is of a considerably lower rank, (Genin to Jounin), Kai's effect is negated.

[KATON]
[Stage One Techniques]

- Katon: Ichi; Fire Element: One.
- Requirements:
-- Rank of Academy Student.
- Description:
-- The basic building block of a great many techniques down the line, this is presumably the very same skill that began the study of Katons. Molding their chakra through a simple seal of any choice, the user is able to focus it onto the tip of their index finger in the form of heat. With this, they can cut through things such as glass and rope with some difficulty. However, at this stage, control of one’s chakra is so minimal that this technique can only be used by one finger and essentially has no combat use.

- Katon: Shoumeidan no Jutsu; Fire Element: Flare Technique.

- Description:
-- By molding chakra into ones lungs properly, they are able to exhale a short burst of heat and flame which basically explodes from the mouth. The fire itself actually only lasts for about a second. But its effect is that it illuminates dark places, if only for but a few seconds.

- Katon: Tenmaku no Jutsu; Fire Element: Veil Technique.
- Requirements:

- Description:
-- A stall technique which really only helps genins in this stage of learning accustom themselves to the less subtle methods of Katons. Performing the necessary seals, the user claps their hand in front of them and a hot white flash erupts from their hands that blind people in the closest vicinities. With this opening, the user is able to make a hasty escape or even move in for a killing blow. The severity of the flash, however, lasts only a moment and causes only spots to appear until an opponent’s sight becomes clear again.

[Stage Two Techniques]

- Katon: Ni; Fire Element: Two.
- Requirements:

- Description:
-- This technique makes it so that after a user has molded enough chakra to gather heat into their finger they can now distribute it to both the index and middle finger (one hand), making it a somewhat viable option in combat now. However, jabs and strikes made through this method would simply burn through clothing and wouldn’t cause any substantial thereafter. In terms of raw searing strength, though, it allows the user to cut through even metallic string now.

- Katon: Housenka no Jutsu; Fire Element: Mythical Fire Flower Technique.

-- A jutsu that sends multiple blasts of fire from the mouth, usually with one target in mind. Shurikens can also be hidden inside the flames, creating an element of surprise.

- Katon: Bounetsu no Jutsu; Fire Element: Flame-Resistance Technique.

- Description:
-- This is a passive jutsu that is the first in two steps to protect the user from damaging themselves with their very own Katons. Although not necessarily mandatory to learn the finer points of the tree, it does provide a buffer against self-inflicting injuries. For example the user is able to withstand increasing amounts of heat and can even withstand certain techniques aimed at them. Withstand, however, does not translate into invulnerability as there are general flaws to this jutsu as well.

- Katon: Yojin Bunshin no Jutsu; Fire Element: Ember Clone Technique.

- Description:
-- A basic bunshin wherein the user will call forth through in corporeal form a clone of themselves, crafted from flame. At this level, the clone is quite weak and can only really serve as a distracted more so than a viable combat replacement. However, it does have its uses, which alongside detonating upon destruction or on command, are numerous.

[LIGHTNING]

Denkousekka No Jutsu (Lightning Speed Technique)
Description: With the power of electricity at one's heel, the speed is increased, with no extra strain on the body. The higher level you acess, the faster and longer you can go.

[Stage One Techniques]

- Teikou no Kuntou; Passive Ability: Electricity Resistance Training.
- Description:
-- While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body.

[Stage Two Techniques]

- Heki no Jutsu; Burst Technique.
- Description:
-- An overall simple move that is generally taught to genin to assist in generating and controlling chakra for the sake of ninjutsu, the shinobi vents electric chakra from his entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him to receive minor electrical shocks and burns. A shinobi can stay in this state for one post for every four reserves, but is unable to move.

- Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu; Lightning Element: Lightning Bolt Technique.
- Description:
-- A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.

[Stage Three Techniques]

- Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu; Lightning Element: Blade Technique.
- Description:
-- This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.

- Biography: The birth of Uchiha Ryuuichi was a complete accident. Uchiha Riji -a dangerous S-Ranked missing nin- decided to go out on the town one night, not knowning what would follow. He had a one night stand with a beautiful girl that happened to be in the right place at the wrong time. This girl was a very capable ninja from Kumo, a well-known Jounin, rather. Though, Riji didn't know it was her, he was quite.. er.. 'wasted' at the time. Sorry, back to the story: This girl had a child, Uchiha Ryuuichi, and stayed in Konoha just because of him, abandoning her ninja career.

Ryuu grew up not knowing who is father was, always pestering his mother for the answers. Even from the age of 6, he showed great potential, ranging from strength-wise, to Technique-wise, and aswell as Tactics-wise. From the age of 7, he was already beginning to develop skills with fire-type techniques, all without any help what so ever. At the age of 10, he started class at the Konoha ninja academy, where people began to notify him as a "Prodigy"

He is now currently at the age of 12, and is Very smart and skillful. His life goals are to kill the Hokage who betrayed Konoha, and to reign justice upon those deserving.

- Other Information: Ryuuichi is a very quick learner, especially because of his Sharingan, which already has two tomoes. He used to be cheery, always, and dark-hearted deep, deep down. Now he has no care for expressing his dark-heartedness, and is quite the dark fellow, especially during times of great need.
