| Denied. I Highly Suggest Removing this from the Jutsu List Considering you'll Need to say What the Curse Seal can Do. Considering in the Actual Anime // manga, There's Load of Effects, You Can go into Depth and Make it more clear or you can Attempt the Short way out by simply naming Small Effects.
