If ur a jonin and up u can do resangun anyway u want to u can use a clone, U can get water and ice mixed


History; One day i was traing my chidori and thats when it happen i used alot more charkra and i ran into the water then it became ice resangun. Its spins alot faster then regular resangun as way more effective as can blow a hole inside u. It is Blue and red but fire ciclres it wit speed when u charge it gets bigger. I cantrol it alot better now beacse i been training.and ive been doing better at it. When it hits ppl blows a hole in them it takes a while for them to heal but if there a hokage it mite heal faster it can kill these type of ranks AS Genin Chunin in one hit but u have to have low health like 50 or lower percent two use it.

Also put a draw back like when Naruto uses his RasenShuriken,

"Injures my arm"
