After performing the appropiate hand seals , the wind will engulf ones right arm, extending over long distances , the tip of the wind will shape like a dragon's head , This jutsu if used apropietly can hit the opponent , and cause of the spin motion of the wind it will burn or cut the skin and any matter . its a very powerfull jutsu to be wielded ;]
