Description; After the proper seals are done. the user then uses their own blood either an open wound or making a wound themself and they use the chakra to propell the blood at a high speed which then hits the opponet like a bullet.

History For all Jutsus; They came up with it when experimenting with suiton same as when they learned of their kekki genkai.
